Smart Keys 4 Employees

Note - No standard documentation. Smart Keys 4 Employees is only available as a companion program to House Keys 4 Employees

Both of the following items are required ​Smart Keys 4 Employees documentation:

1. Printed map showing that property is in a Priority Funding Area – see MMP Mapper OR confirmation email from christina.james@maryland.gov confirming property is new construction in a Priority Funding Area (if address is not found on the Department Mapper site); AND
2. Printed driving directions showing that property is within same County as employer OR is within 10 miles of employer’s location.
