Fact sheets include key details such as eligibility, loan terms, and available assistance. Flyers provide a shorter, easy-to-read overview.

General MMP Loan Requirements

Standard 30-Year Purchase Loans Fact Sheet : Applies to most MMP loans unless a specific product states otherwise. It includes general requirements such as income limits, credit scores, and property eligibility. See individual fact sheets for product-specific details.

First-Time Homebuyer Products

Eligible first-time homebuyers may qualify for the program's lowest 30-year fixed interest rate.

Fact sheets:

• 1st Time Advantage Direct Fact Sheet​: No down payment assistance (DPA) available, but usually offers our most competitive interest rates.
• 1st Time Advantage 6​000 Fact Sheet: Comes with a $6,000 loan for down payment and closing costs.
• 1st Time Advantage 3% Loan​ Fact Sheet: Comes with a DPA loan equal to 3% of the first mortgage.
• 1st Time Advantage 4% Loan Fact Sheet: Comes with a DPA loan equal to 4% of the first mortgage.
• 1st Time Advantage 5% Loan Fact Sheet: Comes with a DPA loan equal to 5% of the first mortgage.
• HomeStart 6% DPA Loan Fact Sheet: For borrowers whose qualifying income is 50% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). Comes with a DPA loan equal to 6% of the first mortgage.

First-Time and Repeat Homebuyer Products

MMP Flex Loans are 30-year, fixed-rate home loans for first-time or repeat homebuyers. Some Flex products include down payment assistance through a no-interest, deferred loan.

Fact sheets:

• Flex Direct Fact Sheet: No down payment assistance (DPA) available, but usually offers our most competitive interest rates to repeat homebuyer.​
• Flex 6​000​ Fact Sheet: Comes with a $6​,000 loan for down payment and closing costs.
• ​Flex 3% Loan Fact Sheet: Comes with a DPA loan equal to 3% of the first mortgage.

Mortgage Credit Certificate

Closed to new reservations. Existing certificates can be re-issued for refinancing. Provides an annual federal tax credit on mortgage interest.
