Maryland Mortgage Program (MMP) loans are offered through more than 100 approved lenders statewide.

All approved lenders are trained to help you:

  • Choose the right MMP loan
  • Apply for down payment assistance

All lenders serve borrowers statewide, regardless of branch location.

  • County – Find lenders with a branch near you
  • Languages Supported – Find lenders who can assist in Spanish or Russian
  • Loan Type -
    • SmartBuy – Find lenders who can help you use a home loan to pay off student debt
    • HomeCredit – Find lenders who can re-issue Mortgage Credit Certificates for a refinance
