The Maryland Mortgage Program will be closed on:

  • November 3, 2026 due to Election Day
  • November 11, 2026, in observance of Veterans Day, holiday.
  • November 26, 2026, in observance of Thanksgiving Day, holiday.
  • November 27, 2026 in observance of American Indian Heritage Day, holiday.

Please note: We will not publish Interest Rate Notifications on Veterans Day and Thanksgiving Day. Notifications will resume on the next business day following each holiday.
