This Notification is to inform you that the Maryland Mortgage Program will be closed on July 3, 2026 in observance of Independence Day.

PLEASE NOTE: Interest Rate Notification(s) will not be published on the Independence Day Holiday. Normal business will resume on the next business day following the date of closure listed above.
