This Notification is to inform you that the Maryland Mortgage Program will be closed on June 19, 2026 in observance of Juneteenth Day.

PLEASE NOTE: Interest Rate Notification(s) will not be published on the Juneteenth Day Holiday. Normal business will resume on the next business days following the date of closure listed above.
