To: All Participating Lenders

This Notification is to inform you that the Maryland Mortgage Program will be closed on May 13, 2026 for our annual training day and May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day.

PLEASE NOTE: Interest Rate Notification(s) will be published on May 13, 2026. However,  Interest Rate Notification(s) will not be published on the Memorial Day Holiday. Normal business will resume on the next business days following the dates of closure listed above.
