To: All Participating Lenders 

The purpose of this Directive is to notify you that the Montgomery Homeownership Program is closed effective immediately due to full commitment of the funds. Existing reservations will be honored. If additional funds become available, we will publish a directive re-opening the product. The Maryland Mortgage Program would like to thank our lender and realtor partners for the success of the Montgomery Homeownership Program.
