Lenders that wish to offer the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development's portfolio of mortgage products (Maryland Mortgage Program) and/or Mortgage Credit Certificates (Maryland HomeCredit Program) to borrowers must be approved by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development.
