Real Estate Agents are often the first people that homebuyers talk to when they're ready to purchase their first home. The Maryland Mortgage Program, provided by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, is designed to make it easier for Marylanders to own a home by providing down payment help (including cash grants), federal tax credits and homebuyer education resources.
We want to make it easier for you to get the best and most up-to-date information about these programs to your clients, and be your partners in selling the dream of homeownership to Maryland homebuyers.
We’re interested to hear what you think of the Maryland Mortgage Program, and your ideas about how we can keep making it better for Maryland homebuyers. Please visit our FEEDBACK page to submit your ideas.
Join us at our January event to learn about improvements and updates to the program.
We are also inviting interested Realtors to join a professional working group to help shape the program for the future.
Please complete the FEEDBACK form to indicate your interest in either of these opportunities.
